Actually Punish Breaking the Rules

Me and friend playing SWF played with the same Bill twice who farmed hooks and the killer would ignore him. We have reported them both times and were wondering how he can go unpunished. The games were a couple hours apart, so the complaint had to have been reviewed. I feel betrayed that a company that I have sunk more than $100 dollars into would ignore the toxicity of it fan base.

Not against the rules, but they should definitely disincentivize this kind of behavior.
