Devs, Survivors have too many pallets too close to each other and here's why

When should a developer know that Survivors have too many pallets too close to each other?
When Survivors regularly wait on the other side of the pallet until you start breaking them. Why do they do that? Two reasons:
1) Thanks pretty much all pallets being safe pallets, there's no way the Killer can attack the Survivor until breaking that pallet, so they don't want to get themselves into harms way by trying to gain distance or lose line of sight.
2) They know that they'll comfortably reach the next pallet before the Killer catches up enough to go for a lunge attack.
Rinse and repeat until all pallets are gone, which, unless the other Survivors are idiots, won't happen before the exit gates have been opened for a long time already.

Agree on all. There’s way too many pallets in general, but also just way too many that are safe. Unless they’re bad, survivors can still loop you for 5 gens. I still can’t understand how the devs keep this able to be done over two years later. The pallets need to be chances to break line of sight and lose the killer, not their current form which is just time wasters. Also mind game able pallets should be the majority, not the minority. Against a skilled tbagging /flashlight flicking/pallet looper team you just lose, there is no “outplays”. THIS is even without them being swf, with swf they just get even that much more leniency for mistakes.0
