Update of texts and symbols for greater beauty and consistency

@not_Queen @Patricia @Peanits Some gameplay mechanics are born before the corresponding status effect icons, and in the most dating perks' texts they are described with a periphrasis, rather than with the appropriate keyword.

For example:

1) while Devour Hope, Hope and NOED contain a direct reference to Haste, on the contrary Adrenaline, Balanced Landing, Dead Hard, Lithe, Play With Your Food and Sprint Burst still bear the old description of the increase of the movement speed;

2) Sloppy Butcher's description mentions the increase in bleeding frequency, rather than the Haemorrhage effect;

3) Borrowed Time's and Mettle of Man's texts lack any explicit reference to Endurance;

4) Open Handed's caption says nothing about Vision;

and so on...

My proposal is simple: rewrite the texts concerned, introducing the appropriate keywords. The game mechanics will remain the same, but they will become nicer to be read.

Always for the sake of coherence and overall beauty, the color of the buff in the proficiency indicators and in the status effects (yellow) should be harmonized with the color of the buff in the perk effects (light turquoise), choosing one that is valid for all.

The rotation direction of the rotating timers should have a uniform meaning in all cases: I have talked more analytically in the thread https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/43815/rotating-timers

Finally, it would not hurt to correct the colors used in the text of Ace In The Hole, writing "Very Rare" in purple and "Uncommon" in yellow.

These are just some examples of small aesthetic corrections at no cost, which would make the game more beautiful and lovable without any contraindication. Dead by Daylight deserves perfection even in the smallest details: although there are much more urgent problems to solve, those shown above would be easy, free and good Quality of Life changes for all people. :)
