Fix hit box range

I would like the hit box to be a bit smaller I would love that.

    Id like it if they made the attack cone last less. Like, once the killer swings and the weapon is already at the end of it's animation/trajectory, it shouldn't be able to hit a survivor... like, what, the wind it creates hurts the survivors??? How???
