Survivors within 12/24/36 meters of range (1) gain orange stain (2) that reveals the direction in which they are currently looking
1) same range as Spine Chill
2) similar mechanic as killer's red stain

- This would help vision impaired players spot those immersed Claudettes
- This would help killer avoid survivor's field of vision to make a jumpscare
- This will boost effectiveness of low rank killers
(high rank rank killers, probably will consider this perk as a waste of perk slot anyways)
