How to fix Sabotaging hooks .
Here's how I can see Saboteur being buffed.
- Sabotage no long drops a hook along with notifying the killer.
- When a hook is Sabotage it now leaves the hook looking the same but when the killer tries to put a player on it the hook will fall. The killer does not drop the player but rather has to walk around for a new hook
- Sabotage hooks now will have a hard to see animation tell by having the hook sway back and forth so a killer with a keen eye can tell if they would try another hook.
- Tool boxes now can only trap a few hooks at a time. The higher the raraty the more hooks that can be Sabotage.
- The more hooks that are Sabotage the more the Sabotage hooks will sway, letting the killer try to find a new hook
That's all I got right now but I think this would go a long way top helping

The main problems i have with all of this :
1) Sabo a hook is easy and fast to do.
2) Sabotage a hook mean deny one of the killer objective , which can't be replace as bleed out is punnish and mori deny some emblem point.
3) The time to wiggle is 16s by default. If you get to a hook and try to hook a survivor, you will be default enter in a hook animation of 1.5s without mistake. If the hook directly broke you need to get again to another hook as you can also offer a frame to make a free blind in animation.
4) You don't need a toolbox for sabo : you have sabotage perk.
5) Use the 99% would be way more efficient than this ...

How about the first two suggestions, but instead of attempting to put the survivor on the hook, when the killer gets within X meters the hook falls. Only happens with Saboteur, toolbox sabotage(without saboteur) is exactly the same as now.

The thing is that sabotaging hooks normally as they are now is useless. It uses up too much time for too little reward.
