killer perk: WHISPER = BROKEN
cant stress this enough. if he's nearby you, you are done! he just need to search a little bit around and he'll find you. fight against 3 times and every time the killer get's me. Used 2 times and i do the same! i just need to search around me cause i know FOR SURE one survivor is just around me

This sounds like more of a "you" problem rather then the perk being broken. I play rank 1 survivor and killer and I can juke plenty of killers using Whisperers. I don't even bother with it on any of my killers since BBQ & Chili is FAR superior

You only get found 100% of the time, if you just sitting still in the same spot.
If you notice a killer searching the area, expect him to have Whispers and start moving around.
If you change position he can't triangulate your position.
And can't make out in which direction you are moving away.
If he has to search for to long, you already won, because you wasted a lot of the killers precious time.2 -
Even without whispers in play, you should be moving around to avoid the killer. If they can't pin down where you are with whispers, you've already won, as they've wasted time looking for you. Bonus tip, if they've looked in a locker, go jump in that locker, and laugh as they try and find you. Won't always work but they won't check the same locker twice. Checking lockers is only worth it for huntress and if they find you. Otherwise it's a huge time sink. Exception is if you're the last one alive then they lose nothing as no one is doing gens.1

Just don't hide at the edge of a map or you're gonna be found easily.
The point is to make whispers to trigger on a huge area of the map, not simply in a specific corner, which forces the killer to look over an overly large area.
It's not that complicated. Also, it's very easy to find new survivors, because they usually always hide in the same places. So if the killer already caught you in the round and noticed you're not that great of a survivor, he'll very likely know where to find you if you're on of the last survivor alive and trying to hide, because newcomers nearly always hide in the same spots.
The actual best hiding spots are in the middle of the map. Just use an obstacle to let the killer get in the corner, and hide midway toward the middle and the killer won't find you whatsoever as long as you play it right, in 90% of cases.1 -

wooo i've lost my own post !
ok maybe you're all right, is not that strong.0 -
Whispers also hurt the Killer when it comes to survivors breathing, since you constantly hear the entity sound making it harder to track survivors
if a Killer fails to find a survivor while in the Whisper radius, many gens will goes off so it's best to leave an area even if you know a survivor is in there

1: lol
2: whispers isn't broken
3: read the perks quote at the bottom0 -
The only people who think whispers is broken or op are clueless rank 20s that don’t know how to play.0
