Im am very experienced spirit main and i don't recommend using stridor on her. You may get used to it, and you won't play without it anymore so it's -1 perk slot, Same with predator. Very good build that i would recommend is BBQ/(If you don't have it)bitten murmur, Ruin, Pop goes the weasel, Haunted grounds

My usual build is: STBFL, a nurse’s calling, PGTW and BBQ, with reduced activation time and reappearance addons.

Ruin, BBQ, Sloppy Butcher, and Nurse's Calling is pretty much meta.

Ruin and BBQ are must haves, I would reccomend nurses so you can phase to anyone you see healing, and then use whatever you feel would make a good 4th perk. (Would reccomend a tracking or pressure perk.) Personally I run Make Your Choice as my 4th, but PGTW would be good on her as well.

BBQ, Ruin, Pop, Stridor, speed + duration add-ons.

Devout + TOTH, Prayer Beads + Mother Daughter Ring.

Insidious, MYC, Prayer Beads + Brooch.

I use ruin, BBQ, nurses and PGTW currently, works out really well so far. I also use the duration and speed addons to allow for large map control.

Use Nurse Calling to make the player haste the release of contents of their bladder and colon

    Any thoughts on using Unrelenting?

Only if you're new and not expecting to hit your targets. If you're wanting better recovery use Save The Best For Last.
