Hatch
So you can't grab injured survivors while they are jumping into the hatch anymore?
Cause I tried, and it just did a swing instead.

Nope, they took it out once killer could close hatch.

Yeah. This makes it pretty balanced & prevents standoffs:
Killer gets there first? Close the hatch.
Survivor is there first? You will get out.

I think it's kinda dumb that it can spawn with 0 generators done now, very rewarding of bad play, survivors should at least have to do 1 gen for it. Would give left behind a purpose again as well. Previously left behind wasn't actually THAT bad since DC's during load were so common that you would get put into 3 or 2 man lobbies while trying to rank up and it was your only hope for getting a gen done solo to escape.

This is how it was before. What happened was that survivors in this scenario would hide and wait for the killer to give up so they could do a generator. The killer could patrol the generators faster than a survivor could fix one, so touching a generator was a death sentence. Now, worst case scenario, someone escapes, you only get three kills instead of four, and you all move on to your next game.

Oh I didn't know about that change. I like it. No more of those stupid hatch standoffs.

The EGC timer could start once the second to last survivor dies with <2 (or even just 1) gens done without the hatch.
It's too much of an RNG escape for a survivor whose team did literally nothing, at least give them the challenge of opening a gate.

RIP I guess, was chasing him and he found the hatch, but had already injured him prior.
Thought I would be able to grab them when they jumped in. Not sure how this scenario specifically prevents a hatch stand off, but I guess.

It wouldn't, it would mean the survivor could not jump without being grabbed, and could not just stand at the hatch as you could shut it. The grab was removed to prevent situations like this guaranteeing the survivor dies.
