Does Adam's prestige head camouflage him better in dark areas or does his normal head cosmetic do better?

not a day and night difference, since when you hide you'll be facing the wall so the killer can only see the back of your head which does not have blood,

The back of the head does have blood. I have been thinking that you give yourself away because of the redness of the back of the head, but that is why I am asking here.
