Amanda Piggy---Viable Basement Killer?
So some of you may know that Basement builds are my thing, salty players call me a tunneler camper and judge me for ''justifying'' my strategy; laughable nonsense. Basement builds are an art form people.
So I have developing a theory for a while but have been unable to test it because I don't have the right perks yet. I believe there is something in Amanda's stealth, her traps, and the Basement that can work together. The underground hard to reach/escape location of the Basement and an active trap could be lethal, maybe that is enough to get a head pop with the right add-ons. She can stealth it too and attack people as they make the save with her Ambush or maybe she can make the first attack manually then finish the job with an Ambush on the way up?
So to the other Pig players out there, can you test this for me? Can you gather results and report back on your findings? Is the Basement a good place to punish those who don't value their lives? Can we make them play the game our way?

Are you suggesting to trap a survivor with the RBT on the basement? It isn't gonna work. The devs made so you can not trap people in the basement anymore. Anyways, yes. Amanda is a decent basement killer. Stealth to make them think its safe, ambush with faster charge add ons and/or comabt straps to try some hook grabs. Also counter borrowed time. I am not gonna try this but i am pretty sure it will work.

using Your strategy, every killer is a good basement killer. BT is the best counter, but you can counter the BT by just attacking the rescuer...let the rescuer take their place.
wouldnt call this strategic though. Here’s the outcome of this match with any semi-decent SWF group:
- you hook first in basement
- 1 teammate on closest gen goes for the save right before sacrifice hits stage 2
- you down new survivor(or waste 30-60 seconds going for tunnel vision).
- If new survivor is hooked, repeat Step 2. If same, his/her struggles and makes save right before death.
- Repeat Step 3 and/or 2. With tunnel vision, you’ll kill 1( maybe 2 with added NOED, Monstrous Shrine) other 3 escaped. By hooking a new survivor each time, all 4 escape.
Game Over - Entity Displeased - DePip; 100% of the time.
If facing 4 ransoms, or a 2 man group with 2 random s, etc...you’ll kill 4 unless none have dreams of altruism.
