Hit box fix yet?

Still seeing issues with hitboxes involving hatchets and windows. I was about 20 meters away from the window after a fast vault and was still hit it seems windows are always unsafe. Also hatchets are still wacky. I was hit well over my head when hiding behind cover. I've also been behind a killer when they swing and was still hit. Will the Dedicated servers help fix this at all or just allow less lag?
