A Change for every killer to balance the all the killers
With All of these balance changes I will try to make it around Freddy’s power level. Whenever I play Freddy I either win or lose, which is perfectly balanced and how the game should be. Even with good perks and addons, he doesn’t feel too strong. His power is also really fun and There are multiple components to it, he can teleport and place traps. Two different things in one power which makes him a balanced and fun killer for all.
I have some ideas to bring other killers up to or down to his level. There is a lot of information in this so if you don’t want to spend an hour reading then just skip to your favorite killers or ones you are interested in seeing. They are in order by release date.
Trapper: I think some buffs and additions to his power are good enough, he is fun to play so reworking him might just remove the fun of him.
I think he should start with 3 traps but after he goes down to two traps he only has a max of 2 traps.
This will make it easier for him to place multiple traps down quicker and have a better start game
There should be a higher chance for traps to spawn in the middle of the map and a smaller chance for traps to spawn in the outskirts.
The amount of traps in the map should be increased.
This will make it easier for the trapper to get more traps and waste less time going out of his way to get traps.
A cool mechanic would be pouring liquids that change the color and texture of traps. By pressing the secondary power button you switch between different liquids in bottles. While holding out the one you want, you can press and hold M1 to pour it on traps that are on the ground and can be set or not set. Some of the ideas I have are Dark traps, green grass traps, white concrete traps, brown wood traps, and many others for maps to come. It takes 1.5 seconds to pour and the traps start out the normal color that they are now. Addons can speed this up.
This will help him hide traps and add a whole new fun mechanic to the game.
Finally, the chance of escaping from a bear trap by yourself are only 15%.
This will make it harder for survivors to escape as many times you will see that a survivor gets stuck in a trap far away and they are out before you get there
Addons
Remove logwood dye and tar bottle
with the secondary power these would become useless.
New rare addon: when a survivor escapes from a trap, they suffer from the broken status effect for 30 seconds.
This is just a cool addon to help slow down healing when someone gets stuck in a trap far from you.
New set of common, uncommon, rare, very rare, and ultra rare addons.
Common: slightly(-0.3s) reduces time to pour liquid.
Uncommon: moderately(-0.6s) reduces time to pour liquid.
Rare: Considerably(-0.9s) reduces time to pour liquid.
Very rare: tremendously(-1.2s) reduces time to pour liquid:
Ultra rare: the change is instant and there is no animation.
These addons are just for his new secondary power
New ultra rare addon: Traps auras are highlighted in white when a survivor is within 12 meters of it and you can see the auras of traps from an infinite range.
This addon will make your traps serve as a way to find survivors in addition to trapping them.
With these changes he will be able to place more traps, his traps will be more accessible, and he can hide them better along with a lower chance of getting out of them. He will still take a while to place down his traps so he still has that setup time and must put good traps.

Wraith: He is fine with addons but no killer should rely on addons to be good. I think making some of his addons his base power, some buffs, and some new additions to his power would help him.
While cloaked, he should move at 140% speed, which is slightly under the two best windstorm addons speeds put together.
This will give him even more mobility, map pressure, and patrolling ability.
Survivors auras are shown to you within 8 meters. This is 4 meters less than the all seeing blood addon.
This will make hiding next to him much more dangerous and will embrace the fact that the wraith is a tracker and hunter
He can tell how close a generator is to being finished by the intensity of their aura within 50 meters. This is the same as all seeing spirit but with that addon there is unlimited range.
This will help him know what generators to Patrol so he can use his insane mobility to regress them and also help him track survivors better
While cloaked, he kicks generators and pallets 50% faster and vaults through windows 25% faster.
This will make the time the wraith is being looped, since he isn’t good in chases, much less of a problem as he can run around really fast and break pallets faster after the chase while patrolling generators and can let him go gen to gen kicking them faster
He has a 2 second speed boost of 130% when coming out of cloak and has a moderately increased lunge within those 2 seconds.
Since Wraith is not good in chases, he needs something to help him end loops.
Addons
Buff all of the reappearance time addons.
they are very useless since they make barely any difference. With the speed boost and extra lunge after uncloacking, this addon shouldn’t be buffed too much
All seeing blood should be buffed and show auras of survivors within 16 meters, or an increased 8 meters.
Since this would be apart of his base power, the addon should be buffed.
All seeing spirit will be the same since it shows the intensity at infinite range, but should be very rare and also increase the speed that you break generators by 10%
This will make this addon have an extra use and be a buff to his power since it’s already in his power but only within 50 meters.
New Set of common, uncommon, rare, very rare, and ultra rare addons. That all affect the speed boost after uncloaking.
Common: Slightly(0.2s) increases speed boost duration after uncloaking.
Uncommon: moderately(0.4s) increases speed boost duration after uncloaking.
Rare: Considerably(0.6s) increases speed boost duration after uncloacking.
Very rare: tremendously(0.8s) increases speed boost duration after uncloaking.
Ultra rare tremendously increases speed boost duration after uncloacking, slightly increases lunge during the speed boost, and slightly increases the speed during the speed boost. 8s increase for duration, I don’t know how to calculate lunge distance so I don’t know about the second one, and 3% speed increase to speed boost.
These addons will help in chase as it is what wraith struggles the most with.
With these changes he can patrol the map much better with good mobility and can stop generator progression much easier. He can also find survivors easier. With this, he still doesn’t have amazing chases but can use the boost and lunge after uncloaking to get a hit.

Hillbilly: Billy is pretty much up there with Freddy, but a tiny bit better but not worth nerfing for. I do have some cool addons to add though.
Addons
New ultra rare addon: When a survivor is put into the dying state from the chainsaw, they cannot recover or be healed by other survivors for 30 seconds.
This will add a cool slugging playstyle for billy in addition to his already good slugging ability.
New ultra rare addon: there is no cool down for the chainsaw. You move slightly faster while using your chainsaw. Slightly increases penalty for bumping into objects
This will add a whole new play style where you go across the map and right after you get there and spot a survivor you can rev your chainsaw and down them.
New Ultra Rare Addon: Survivors cannot hear the chainsaw outside of 15 meters. Slightly decreases speed while Chainsaw Sprinting.
This will make billy much sneakier and easier to get cross map downs.
New set of common, uncommon, rare, and very rare addons all affecting your speed while revving your chainsaw
Common: slightly(3%) increases movement speed while revving your chainsaw.
Uncommon: moderately(6%) increases movement speed while revving your chainsaw.
Rare: Considerably(9%) increases movement speed while revving your chainsaw.
Very Rare: tremendously(12%) increases movement speed while revving your chainsaw.
This should make it easier for hillbilly to get chainsaw downs as with these addons you are faster than the survivors while revving your chainsaw.

Nurse: most of these killers either need to be buffed or are at the right level, but nurse needs to be nerfed. I think a nerf of her addons and a change to her power should make her more balanced.
Every 10 seconds you gain one blink up to a maximum of 2 blinks. You still suffer the fatigue after blinking, but the second blink does not reduce the distance you can travel or amount of fatigue.
This makes it so you cant infinitely use your blinks but does not hurt you as much when missing a chain blink.
After Nurse’s fatigue her movement speed is decreased by 6% for 5 seconds.
This will make it harder for the nurse to just blink to a generator and instantly get in a chase as she will be slower and will also make it harder for her to look around.
Blinking through a pallet or window increases fatigue time by 0.25s and slightly decreases lunge
This will make pallets a bit more beneficial to break and give penalties for going through the survivors mechanics to help them survive
If only 1 blink is charged up and you use it, the fatigue time is increased by 0.5s and the lunge is slightly decreased
This will make the nurse want to have all her blinks charged or she will suffer a penalty
For every pallet that is dropped and not broken, the charge up time is increased by 0.1s and the fatigue time is increased by 0.1s
This will make breaking pallets more beneficial as it will hurt you if you don’t
Addons
Remove all of the addons that increase the amount of chain blinks she has.
These addons are very overpowered and should be removed
New ultra rare addon: increases the max amount of blinks you can have by 1. Slightly(2 meters) decreases blink range. Slightly decreases blink accuracy. The fatigue time of all blinks are slightly(0.55s) increased.
This way that the extra blink is still there but it is ultra rare and has many debuffs
New ultra rare addon: the sound of the nurse blinking can only be heard from up to 15 meters. Slightly(0.55s) increases fatigue time.
This will add a whole new sneaky nurse playstyle.
New common, uncommon, rare, and very rare addons
Common: slightly(0.5s) decreases time it takes to gain a blink.
Uncommon: moderately(1s) decreases time it takes to gain a blink.
Rare: Considerably(1.5s) decreases time it takes to gain a blink.
Very rare: tremendously(2s) decreases time it takes to gain a blink.
These addons will help reduce the time you have to wait for the new blink mechanic.
With these changes, the nurse will still have the same feel but she has to be more careful about when she blinks and cannot ignore windows and pallets as much or she gets some debuffs.

Shape: The shape is almost at Freddy’s level but needs a few small buffs.
During tier 2, his lunge is slightly longer and during tier 3 his lunge is moderately longer.
This will make him better in chases generally and when in tier 3 so survivors cant just last it out.
While carrying a survivor in tier 3, the timer goes down 2 times slower
This will make it so he does not need to slug too much to get the best of his power and can hook without as much of a worry.
Addons
Judith’s tombstone should no longer stack with Fragrant Tuft of Hair.
This combo is very annoying and should not be able to happen. I believe the devs said they were doing something about it already.
With these changes The Shape should be scarier in chases even at evil within 2 and doesn’t have to worry about wasting time putting survivors on hooks but still has to gain evil and maybe lose a gen or two.

Hag: The Hag is at Freddy’s level but a little bit stronger if used right. The difference is not enough for nerfs though.
Addons
New uncommon addon: flashlights do not burn phantasm traps. While you are setting a phantasm trap, flashlights do not affect you.
Just a cool uncommon addon that will counter those pesky flashlights.

Doctor: The doctor is very underpowered and I think his addons plus some other buffs will make him better.
When a survivor is in tier 3 the illusionary doctor will stay for 10 seconds and the doctor can see the aura at an unlimited range. When they are in tier 2 it will stay for 5 seconds and the aura will be shown within 64 meters.
This will make it easier for the doctor to find survivors beyond the screaming and without addons.
The doctor in treatment mode will have a terror radius of 40 meters and when in Punishment mode will have a terror radius of 24 meters
This is so the doctor can passively increase madness while in treatment mode within a larger range and then sneak up on survivors when he sees the aura of the illusions or some other reason.
When a survivor is in tier 2 or 3 they will see illusionary pallets from any range and at every possible pallet location if the pallet is broken. You will see the aura of the pallets when within 32 meters of them.
This will make it harder for survivors to loop the doctor.
In tier 1 when failing a skill check there will be an additional 3% regression and when in tier 2 there will be an additional 6% regression
This will make failing the random skillchecks even more of a problem, you can’t do actions that give skillchecks and have regression when in tier 3 so that’s why that’s not there.
For each person in madness tier 2, repairing, healing, and sabotage speeds are 1% slower and failed skillcheck regression is an additional 1%. For every survivor in tier 3, repairing, healing, and sabotage speeds will be 10% slower and failed skillcheck penalties are increased by 10%
This will make it so having survivors in madness will affect all other survivors to slow the game down
While in tier 3, you will constantly hear a heartbeat and see a red stain behind you.
This will make it easier for the doctor to chase survivors as they might not know where they are and if the killer even left them.
After snapping out of it, you will suffer from the broken status effect for 30 seconds.
This will make it so survivors are still vulnerable after snapping out of it.
After a survivor screams, whether it’s a perk or because of madness, you will see their aura for 5 seconds.
All survivors within your terror radius while you are in treatment mode will have an 80% higher chance of triggering a skillcheck, and the success Zones are decreased by 90%
Addons
Remove: order class 1, restraint 2, order class 2, discipline class 2, discipline class 3, restraint carters note, order carters notes, discipline carters notes, iridescent king, and
These have all been removed because it is apart of the Doctor's base power.
The Calm addons will all only increase and decrease your terror radius. There will also be some charge time additions to it.
Calm Class 1: Slightly(0.11s) increases charge time.
Calm Class 2: slightly(0.11s) decreases charge time.
Calm Class 3: Moderately(0.22s) decreases charge time.
Calm Carters Notes: Slightly(0.11s) decreases charge time.
This will add something else to the addons since the music part of it was removed.
I have many new addon ideas that should be much better than the old ones.
New Common, Uncommon, Rare, Very Rare, and Ultra Rare addons all affecting how much madness is inflicted after charging.
Common: Madness inflicted when shocking is increased by 15%. Slightly(2 meters) Decreases range of shock.
Uncommon: Madness inflicted when shocking is increased by 15%.
Rare: Madness inflicted when shocking is increased by 25%
Very Rare: Madness inflicted when shocking is increased by 35%.
Ultra Rare: Madness inflicted when shocking is increased by 50%. Madness gained while someone is in your terror radius is increased by 25%.
Slightly(2 meters) decreases terror radius in punishment mode.
These addons will be more focused on madness inflicted than the Order addons and should make shocking people into madness 3 much faster.
New Common, Uncommon, Rare, and Very Rare addons all affecting charge time.
Common: Slightly(0.11s) decreases charge time.
Uncommon: Moderately(0.22s) decreases charge time.
Rare: Considerably(0.33s) decreases charge time.
Very Rare: Tremendously(0.44s) decreases charge time.
These will make putting survivors into madness tiers much quicker, so you can get the effects of madness going sooner in the match.
New Ultra Rare addon: Survivors who are in tier 3 suffer a 10% decrease in movement speed, Blindness, exhaustion, and hemorrhage. Decreases madness inflicted when shocking by 40%. Moderately decreases the range of the shock. 4 meter Decrease.
This will make tier 3 very bad, but harder to get into. This makes the shock much more useful and worth it.
New Ultra Rare Addon: While in treatment mode, you move at 120% speed. While charging your shock, you suffer no movement speed decrease.
This will make it so you can move around in shock mode without a penalty and make it easier to get survivors into tier 3 without losing distance on them.
These changes will make the Doctor much more viable. Now gaining madness tiers is much more devestating to the whole team and not as much of a waste of time for the doctor to put you higher into it. He can also get more surprise attacks as he has a smaller terror radius and can confuse survivors. It is also much easier for The Doctor to track survivors. The Doctor still suffers from chase time, but his power will slow the game down so it isn't as much of a problem.

Huntress: Huntress is pretty much at Freddy's level, but some of her addons should be changed.
Addons
Iridescent Head will no longer stack with Leather Loop and Infantry Belt. Slightly(-5%) decreases your movement speed while winding up hatchets. Slightly(+8%) increases hatchet wind up time. Slightly(+20%/+0.6s) increases time it takes to search a locker.
These changes will make the Huntress's OP addon less OP so she is more balanced.

Cannibal: He is the worst killer right now and I think he needs a complete rework. He isn't even that fun to play and his power was rushed very quickly. I have some total rework ideas.
He Breaks pallets and Generators with his chainsaw and it only takes 1s. Generators that are broken instantly regress 5%
It takes him 1 second to vault through a window.
Chainsaw Charge
After pressing and holding M2 for 2 seconds, you will fully charge your chainsaw. You will be at 90% speed while charging it up. After you have charged up your chainsaw, release M2 to Charge with your chainsaw. This lasts 10 seconds. You will have a starting acceleration speed of 140% for 3 seconds, and after 10 seconds you will go down to 125% speed over the course of 2 seconds and stay at that speed for the rest of your chainsaw charge. While in chainsaw charge, you will instantly destroy pallets and go right through them and instantly put survivors into the dying state after hitting them. After the 10 seconds, you will not be able to do any actions for 3 seconds. The Chainsaw Charge has a cooldown of 8 seconds. If you hit into an object, you will go into a tantrum for 5 seconds. You can still hit survivors during this tantrum.
Chainsaw Lunge
After pressing and holding the secondary ability button(Ctrl on PC by default) for 1 second, you will lunge at a survivor with your chainsaw. This lunge is 2x further than the M1 lunge and inflicts the dying state. You cannot change direction mid lunge. after hitting someone you cannot do any actions for 2 seconds. Has a cooldown of 5 seconds. If you hit an object you go intro a tantrum for 4 seconds, you cannot hit survivors with your chainsaw during this tantrum.
Addons.
Remove every addon he currently has right now.
This is a completely reworked killer so he must have different addons.
New Common, Uncommon, Rare, and Very Rare addons all involving the penalty for bumping into objects.
Common: Slightly(0.3s) reduces the time penalty for bumping into objects with Chainsaw Charge.
Uncommon: Moderately(0.6s) reduces the time penalty for bumping into objects with Chainsaw Charge.
Rare: Considerably(0.9s) reduces the time penalty for bumping into objects with chainsaw charge.
Very Rare: Tremendously(1.2s) reduces the time penalty for bumping into objects with the chainsaw charge and slightly(0.3s) reduces the time penalty for bumping into objects with the Chainsaw Lunge.
This will make running into objects less of a problem.
New Common, Uncommon, Rare, and Very Rare addons all affecting charge time.
Common: Slightly(0.3s) reduces the charge up time of the Chainsaw Charge.
Uncommon: Moderately(0.6s) reduces the charge up time of the Chainsaw Charge.
Rare: Considerably(0.9s) reduces the charge up time of the Chainsaw Charge.
Very Rare: Tremendously(1.2s) reduces the charge up time of the Chainsaw Charge and Slightly(0.3s) reduces the charge up time of the Chainsaw Lunge.
This will make reduce the chances of a survivor using a window before you can catch up to them.
New Common Addon: You Break Generators and Pallets 15% faster.
This will make the breaking of pallets and generators even faster.
New Common, Uncommon, Rare, and Very Rare addon all involving the acceleration of the Chainsaw Charge.
Common: Slightly(2%) increases speed of acceleration.
Uncommon: Moderately(4%) increases speed of acceleration.
Rare: Considerably(6%) increases speed of acceleration.
Very Rare: Tremendously(8%) increases speed of acceleration.
These addons will make it easier to hit survivors at the start of the charge.
New Common, Uncommon, Rare, and Very Rare addons all affecting the speed of the Chainsaw Charge.
Common: Slightly(2%) increases speed of the Chainsaw Charge after acceleration.
Uncommon: Moderately(4%) increases speed of the Chainsaw Charge after acceleration.
Rare: Considerably(6%) increases speed of the Chainsaw Charge after acceleration.
Very Rare: Tremendously(8%) increases speed of the Chainsaw Charge after acceleration.
This will make it easier to catch survivors in the long run of your Chainsaw Charge.
New Common Addon: Shows the area where your Chainsaw Lunge will land.
New Common, Uncommon, Rare, and Very Rare Addons all affecting the cooldown.
Common: Slightly(1s) decreases the cooldown for the Chainsaw Charge
Uncommon: Moderately(2s) decreases the cooldown for the Chainsaw Charge
Rare: Considerably(3s) decreases the cooldown for the Chainsaw Charge
Very Rare: Tremendously(4s) decreases the cooldown for the Chainsaw Charge and slightly(1s) decreases the cooldown for the Chainsaw Lunge.
New Ultra Rare Addon: You can control your Chainsaw Lunge midway through. Chainsaw Lunge does not inflict the dying state. Moderately increases lunge. Slightly(0.13s) decreases charge up time. Slightly(1s) reduces cooldown.
This will make the Chainsaw Lunge more of a much better basic weapon lunge. This would make a whole new playstyle.
New Ultra Rare Addon: The Chainsaw Charge Acceleration starts at 200% speed for 1 second and goes down to 150% over the course of the 1 second, then 150% stays for the rest of the Chainsaw Charge. Slightly(5%) Reduces speed while charging up Chainsaw Charge. Slightly(0.3s) increases charge up time of the Chainsaw Charge.
This will make you very fast during the Chainsaw Charge, but cannot charge up as easily. This will make it so you can hit survivors faster, but might not make it if you are close to a window due to the charge up time increase and speed reduction while charging.
These Changes will make Leatherface much scarier to be close to and he can slug much better. He is much better in chases now and has a few ways to slow progress down. He is also very good at eating pallets. Leatherface still can be looped if a survivor knows what they are doing and Leatherface doesn't have too many major game slow down abilities.

Nightmare: Freddy in my opinion, is the place where all killers should be balanced to. The only thing I would want to do is some addon changes
All block addons activate when the survivor gets put into the dream world.
New Very Rare addon: You can see survivors who are in the dream world when they are 40 meters away from you. It takes an extra 30 seconds to be put into the dream world.
New Common, Uncommon, Rare, and Very Rare addons.
Common: Slightly(0.2s) decreases Dream Snare charge time
Uncommon: Moderately(0.4s) decreases Dream Snare charge time
Rare: Considerably(0.6s) decreases Dream Snare charge time
Very Rare: The dream snares are instantly charged.

These changes will make some of Freddy's addons more viable and also some new addons to affect his dream snares.
Pig: I think a big buff to her RBTs and maybe a rework to her RBTs and a small buff to her Dashing and Crouching will make her a great killer.
Crouching and Dashing
The Pig's Terror radius is 28 Meters and her terror radius is hidden for 3 seconds after she dashes.
This will make it easier to sneak around and surprise attack.
The Pig while crouched moves at 95% Speed.
This will make crouching around much better.
The Pig makes absolutely no sound while crouched.
This will make it much easier for the pig to sneak up on survivors.
The Roar is removed and instead makes a sound of the hidden blade coming out and loud footsteps.
This will make it so survivors don't get an early warning so they have less time to react.
You can grab in the middle of dashing.
This will make it so you can quickly grab survivors who aren't paying attention or don't react fast enough.
RBTs
The RBT activates when you are unhooked or recovered from the dying state.
This will make it so survivors can't just work on a gen and then go for the jigsaw boxes.
Survivors can only see the Jigsaw Boxes within 32 meters.
This will make it much harder for survivors to just go straight to a jigsaw box and will instead have to play a guessing game of where to go or remember the locations.
There are 5 Jigsaw boxes
This will make it a bit harder to find the right Jigsaw box.
Taking off the RBT in the jigsaw box will work like this. Chances of getting the key in each jigsaw box searched. 1st - 5% 2nd - 10% 3rd - 25% 4th - 50% 5th - 100%.
This will make the RBT much less Random and has a definitive low chance of getting it off on the 1st or second try, but you will be likely to get it on the 3rd and 4th try. If you are extremely unlucky, you will have to search the final jigsaw box.
When you have the RBT on you suffer from the exhaustion status effect, the broken status effect, and your Repairing, Healing, and Sabotaging speeds are reduced by 50%. This will make taking off RBTs much more beneficial as you will be vulnerable and ineffective with it on.
Jigsaw Boxes do not have great skillchecks.
this will make it so the addons that affect skillchecks are actually beneficial and not hurting you.
The RBT Will kill the survivor after 3 minutes.
This is so you won't die as easily when you can't find jigsaw boxes or you have to go to the last one to get rid of the RBT.
The RBT timer does not count down if the survivor is on the hook or in the dying state. If the survivor is in a chase, the RBT timer will count down 2x slower.
This will make it so you can't just tunnel a survivor down so they will die to the RBT trap.
Addons
Remove Slow Release Toxin and Rusty Attachments.
These 2 addons are now apart of the power and are useless.
Remove the Rules No.2 Set
This is completely useless as you can only see auras of jigsaw boxes within 32 meters and the RBT activates as soon as you are unhooked or recovered from the dying state.
Amanda's Letter Change: There will still be 2 less Jigsaw boxes which means 3. It will work like this then: 1st - 25% 2nd - 50% 3rd - 100%.
This is because this addon is more for the stealth part of the pig so I think the chances of finding the key being very high would be good.
New Ultra Rare Addon: There is a 0% chance that you will get the key on the first 4 jigsaw boxes. There is a 100% chance you will get the key on the 5th Jigsaw box. Decreases available RBTs by 2.
This will make it so the few RBTs you have guarantee you will slow the game down a lot.
These changes will make The Pig much better at stealth and have a MAJOR game slow down. She is still easily looped and does not have much going for her in chases.

Clown: The Clown is mid tier right now and he has nothing that helps in chase and his bottles are not even very good. I think some of his addons become apart of his power and buffing his basic power would make him much better.
Acidic Bottle
A Secondary power. When pressing the secondary power button(ctrl on PC by default) you will charge up a deadly bottle. The charge up takes 5 seconds and it must be fully charged to throw. The bottle will release a deadly red toxic gas that injures survivors. The radius is 2 meters and it has a cooldown of 60 seconds. The red toxic gas appears and affects survivors 2 seconds after impact. The bottle only goes 15 meters in front of you and moves slowly and doesn't stay in the air for very long.
This is a cool secondary power to make the clown more fun, but it is very hard to use.
Direct hits will leave the survivor suffering from the exposed status effect for 1 second. Direct hits do not slow the survivor down.
This will make the clown very good in being able to end chases as long as you are skilled enough to aim the bottles right and be very close to the survivo
You will see the aura of survivors you hit with the bottle for 3 seconds.
This will make seeing where survivors go after you throw it in an area much easier and you can cut them off and get a hit off easily.
Throwing The Afterpiece Toxin at a generator will make it automatically lose 5% of it's progress, but will not continue regressing from there. Each gen will not be affected by it again until a 60 second cooldown is over.
This will make the Clown have some other things to help him stop progression.
Addons
Remove the Redhead's Pinky Finger and The Tattoo's middle finger
These addons are now in the Clown's power and are now useless.
New Common, Uncommon, Rare, and Very Rare addons.
Common: Slightly(0.25 Meters) increases the radius of the Acidic Bottle's toxic gas.
Uncommon: Moderately(0.5 meters) increases the radius of the Acidic Bottle's toxic gas.
Rare: Considerably(0.75 meters) increases the radius of the Acidic Bottle's toxic gas.
Very Rare: Tremendously(1 meter) increases the radius of the Acidic Bottle's toxic gas.
This will make the Acidic Bottles easier to use as you don't have to aim as precisely.
New Common, Uncommon, Rare, and Very Rare addons.
Common: Slightly(5 seconds) reduces the cooldown of the Acidic Bottle
Uncommon: Moderately(10 seconds) reduces the cooldown of the Acidic Bottle
Rare: Considerably(15 seconds) reduces the cooldown of the Acidic Bottle
Very Rare: Tremendously(20 seconds) reduces the cooldown of the Acidic Bottle
This will make it so you don't have to wait as long to use the Acidic Bottle again and you can slug much better.
New Ultra Rare Addon:The Acidic Bottle releases toxic gas on impact and has a moderately(0.5 meters) increased radius.
New Ultra Rare Addon: The Acidic Bottle instantly downs survivors. Has a cooldown of 120 seconds. has a tremendously(1 meter) decreased radius. Toxic gas will not come out until 3 seconds after impact. Range moderately(5 meters) decreased.
New Ultra Rare Addon: Survivors intoxicated by The Afterpiece Tonic will suffer from the Mangled, Exhaustion, Hemorrhage, and Blindness status effects for 60 seconds.
New Ultra Rare Addon: A crosshair will be placed in the middle of your screen while charging up your throw of The Afterpiece Tonic. The Bottle will go directly where your crosshair is at and will travel to the location within 1 second after releasing. Direct hits do not make the survivor exposed. Moderately reduces The Afterpiece Tonic Gas Effect area.
These changes should make the clown's bottles much more menacing and help the clown find people easier. He is now much better in chase and is more fun with his two powers. The Clown doesn't have any big game slowdowns, but definitely has more than before.

The Spirit: She is stronger than Freddy and should have a slight nerf, but good survivors can still counter her power and I think it's at the right level. The thing with Spriti is she has a very high skill cap.
Spirit's base lunge is slightly decreased
This will make her, when she is out of the spirit world, less powerful and I think it is a fine nerf for her.
Spirit will sometimes jump in and out of the spirit world, when this happens she can't see the survivors and their blood. The frequency does not allign with her passive, instead will have a 25% chance of happening every 15 seconds. Spirit does not move faster while in the spirit world at random and does not have a speed boost and larger lunge when coming out of it.
This will make her connection with the spirit world have some negatives, survivors might be able to use this to escape.
With these changes The Spirit should be slightly nerfed to be more balanced with all the other killer balances on this list. She is still probably gonna be the best killer in the game with all these balance changes as she has a very high skill cap.

Legion: Legion is the 2nd worse killer now, his power does not do much and he can barely catch up to survivors with his power. Making his power more useful and helping him stop progression will make him a much better killer. He just needs a few buffs to his base power and some additions to it.
Power Vault
While not in Feral Frenzy, press the Secondary power button(ctrl on PC by default) to vault a pallet or window. If you vault over a pallet, it instantly breaks. Has a cooldown of 60 seconds.
Movement speed in Frenzy is now 145%.
This will make it much easier for Legion to hit multiple survivors with one frenzy.
Survivors will also suffer from the mangled status effect when hit by Frenzy.
This will make the healing process slower as well so his frenzy slows the game down much more.
While in Deep wounds, your healing, sabotaging, and repairing is decreased by 50%. While injured you heal, sabotage, and repair 4% slower. For every survivor that is injured, every survivor repairs, heals, and sabotages 1% slower. For every survivor in deep wounds, repair, heal, and sabotage speeds are decreased by 10%
This will make it so if you are injured or in deep wounds you become more ineffective and so does your teammates.
Kicking a generator in Feral Frenzy will instantly regress it by 5%.
This is another change so Legion can have many ways to slow the game down.
Every time you hit a survivor while in feral frenzy, it takes 1 second longer to mend. This effect will build up ex. hit a survivor 5 times with feral frenzy throughout the match and it takes 5 extra seconds to mend. Only affects the survivor who was afflicted with deep wounds.
Addons
I believe all the addons are fine, but some of them have been tested and don't even work and I think it should be fixed.
With these changes The Legion should be able to catch up to survivors more easily while in Feral Frenzy and he can slow the game down a lot. He has a secondary ability to help him in chase, but overall he doesn't do very well in chases.

Plague: The Plague is a good killer, but needs a few more buffs and changes and she will be at the Freddy tier. She just needs some additions to her base power.
Generators infected will regress 2x faster, Pallets Infected will break 2x faster, Windows infected will be vaulted 2x faster by the killer, lockers infected will be 2x opened faster, and infected exit gates will be opened 2x slower.
This will make infected objects become more of a problem for the survivors. Avoiding them no longer becomes enough.
Certain stages of the infection that are divided into 4 stages. These stages are beyond when you become fully infected. After you are fully infected, a red version of the infection will start slowly filling up. the stages are each quarter of the circle. Each stage gives a negative effect. It takes 45 seconds to go up a stage. You will be at the max stage within 3 minutes.
Stage 1 - You suffer from the blindness status effect and the Hemorrhage status effect. Blindness does not affect Pools of Devotion.
Stage 2 - You move 5% slower.
Stage 3 - You suffer from the exhaustion status effect.
Stage 4 - You repair, heal, and sabotage 25% slower. It takes 25 seconds to cleanse yourself.
This will make staying infected even worse than Plague having corrupt purge, and it will make you suffer negative effects either way.
With these changes, The Plague will be able to slow the game down more and punish survivors who don't cleanse even more.

Ghostface: He is well balanced right now, but a bit worse than Freddy. He just needs a few buffs to his power and he would be balanced out. I think a new secondary power would make him even more fun and will help him a lot.
Phonecall
Press and hold the secondary power button to charge up the power and make sure you are looking at the generator you want to call and that there is a red arrow above it. It takes 5 seconds to charge up and you move at the exact same speed. When it is fully charged, release the secondary power button and the generator will ring a ringtone. The generator will instantly regress 5% and any survivors currently working on it will have to complete a difficult skillcheck. If they fail the skillcheck, there is an additional 10% regression penalty. This ability can be used every 60 seconds.
This ability will help Ghostface slow the game down a little bit so he can spend more time stalking and sacrificing survivors.
Addons
New Common, Uncommon, Rare, and Very Rare addons.
Common: Slightly(1%) increases the instant regression when making a phonecall.
Uncommon: Moderately(2%) increases the instant regression when making a phonecall.
Rare: Considerably(3%) increases the instant regression when making a phonecall.
Very Rare: Tremendously(4%) increases the instant regression when making a phonecall.
This is just some cool addons for the phone and to slow the game down even more.
With these changes, Ghostface should be able to slow progression more and will be even more fun. He still doesn't have much helping him in chases, and good survivors can outlast the exposed timer.
