Make pip unranking from killers that camp and tunnel

Hello, it would be a nice thing in dbd that it wouldn't give you -pip if the killer camped you or tunneled you. I'm sick of losing rank for being tunneled, it ruins the game.
I hope someday this idea will be reality.
