Is the new killer op or strong at high ranks???
I know its the ptb right now and when the killer comes out he may get a buff or debuff depending on somethings. On the ptb would you say he is a viable killer at red ranks like spirit and nurse? I would say he isn't because he is mainly an m1 killer. I know he has his lunge and his portals or whatever you wanna call those things on the grown but i don't thing they are that powerful. His kind of portals are easy to get ride of and have no negative affect when they destroy. Plus you can easily see when he is going out of it so you have good amount of time to get away. His lunge is easy to counter if you know which way he is going like hillbilly except easier. I would say he is fun to play as and face but not a powerful killer at red ranks.

It's impossible to tell fore sure this early. But it's not looking good. It looks very likely this is going to be another low-mid tier killer.
