Buff and change other perks to fix meta
Prove Thyself: Being around other survivors builds confidence for 15 seconds and loads tokens 2/3/4 that make good skill checks into great skill checks.
Left Behind: Losing team mates increases generator repair by 4/5/6 generator speed per survivor killed.
No Mither: Survivor is in the exposed status throughout the game, grants the ability to recover from the dying state, 10/15/20% recovery from status effects.
Detectives Hunch: Completing Generators reveals your aura, generators, chests, and totems to you and other survivors in 24-36 meters for 5 seconds.
Kate's Perk also need reworks and assuming the PTB changes go through.
Dance With Me: Being within the Killer's Terror Radius enables exhaustion recovery in chases and increases exhaustion recovery by 4/6/8%
Windows of Opportunity: Auras of pallets, vaults, and dropped items are revealed to you in 20m with a cooldown of 60s when using a vault or pallet.
Boil Over: Increases struggling speed by 4/6/8% and your struggling effects on the killer are increased by 25/35/50.

Putting new tires on a broken car wont get it to drive.
Injury state and all the effects that go into reveal to the killer and survivors that you're injured, which causes you to be at a detriment at the start of the match. Not to mention thanophobia triggers from it. The perk is so bad because it doesn't even remedy itself. Reworking it this way can make it more of high risk/reward chaser perk since it will recover exhaustion faster.However I do think injury perks do need a buff or another perk to give you an additional hit on wounded health states.

My suggestion, all effects it has now, but COMPLETE noise reduction, built in tenacity, (does not stack with the perk tenacity) 20% faster recovery, recover from status effects 20% faster, immunity to aura perks.
Now think how this could potentially replace the self care meta.

tacking on 3 perks to make one perk decent isnt a good idea, plus thematically it doesn't make sense. What injured David, why can't he heal, why can't he bleed? Exposing him makes more sense, David is the kind of guy that would give someone a free shot and get back up again for more.
