Pharmacy Buff
There has been recent developments since my last post regarding Quentin’s perk Wake Up,
Now that Quentin is finally going to not look like what he is now, perhaps this may shed some light on his perks. But anyway, here’s my idea for a pharmacy buff:
You have a knack for finding medicine.
Searches through chests are 80/80/80% faster and the noises they cause along with their hearing distance is reduced by 8 meters.
Pharmacy guarantees finding a med-kit of uncommon/rare/very rare quality on your first completed chest search. After searching through your first chest, every chest search guarantees a minimum med kit quality of common.
This change will accurately follow the perks name and give more med kits for yourself or other people. I believe this works and does have counter play via using scratched coins. However I am open to feedback.
(Changed the description from community/uncommon/rare to uncommon/rare/very rare.)

This is more of a nerf than a buff
You have a knack for finding medicine.
Searches through Chests
are 40/60/80 % faster and the noises they cause along with their hearing distances are reduced by 8 metres.
Pharmacy guarantees an Emergency Med-Kit
on your first completed Chest search.
I got this off wiki but current Pharmacy is kinda better as Tier 1 always confirms a Rare medkit, and after that you can get other items at a fast rate, hell I used to run this perk to try to open chests for everyone to get an item at random.
The moral of the story is some people prefer having other items than medkits out of chests

haha this look like a tremendously nerf, actually i don't like the medkits, i just like the 5 seconds search speed

I understand why it might be considered a nerf, but at tier 3 it guarantees a minimum rare med kit with a chance of getting a ranger med kit. I’ve changed the description since but the perk makes it so you have a chance to get a really good med kit, and get basic ones afterwards.

I think a neat idea could be that the perk stays the same, except that the Emergency Med Kit will always come with the Self-Adherent Wrap add-on. It could have a different add-on perhaps. Just not an Insta-Heal.
Then, you could run this perk with Ace in the Hole to always guarantee an additional add-on that is Very Rare or below. At the very least, you’ll receive two add-ons on your Med Kit.

I always PREFER the green medkit over the purple. Typically, 1 green medkit is enough to heal up in a match if a teammate isn't around. Having you ONLY getting medkits is just shooting yourself in the foot on times when your team desperately needs a key.
