Idea: New objectives as survivor to change things up a little.
Maybe instead of the 5 generators we can have different scenarios. Maybe 4 different keys that are well hidden, or one hatch that is always in the killers basement but you need a crowbar to force it open. (Button mashing to force open) but survivors will also need to find a way to bait the killer out. Maybe if the killer just camps basement the normal gates will open after 15 minutes so the survivors can get away. That would give the killer incentive to leave basement to chase kills.

"maybe 4 different keys that are well hidden" an expert player will find them all instant, if you mean instead that their spawn is random this is just a bad idea, you basically are saying "good luck guys, this game will not be skill based anymore but luck based from now". Your second idea isn't okay, the killer needs just to camp the basement and can't chase survivors, so survs just have to wait the 15 minutes to have an ez win. The gamemode is fine now, if you are bored of do gens/kill survs you can change game for a while.
