A way to prevent bodyblocking

Can we please make it so that when we carry a survivor and one of them tries to block our path we insta down them? And this effect applies ONLY when we carry a survivor?

I'm sick as hell of being a killer main and have to deal with 3 people blocking my ######### way to the hook, and then block the hook when they're there.

What the ######### is this?

Survivors NEED to run away from killers, there's NO INCENTIVE AT ALL to RUN AWAY from a killer.

DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

Or take out SWF altogether.

agree but insta down is a bit op, instead what about being able to walk through them while carrying a survivor and be able to hook when someone is blocking hook, like Freddy does when no one else is in dream world survivors cant block him.

Yeah I don't think insta down is the way to go, but removing collision while you are carrying a survivor would be great

Just punish them and get more pressure. They are giving you the win by doing that and if you play correctly, you can capitalize on their mistakes.

Honestly with new implications like the new Sloppy Butcher and the new Save The Best For Last if survivors want to give you free stacks and give themselves the mangled status then that's more beneficial.

In situations where survivors bodyblock, I just drop the survivor and hit them and if they want to stick around and take another hit or provide a new easy target, let them.. Bodyblocking is rarely useful and aside from WGLF stacks, it's not usually worth it to bodyblock a killer. The only times when it's useful imo is when the killer has to travel a long way for a hook and would have otherwise gotten it or if someone has decisive. Giving killers an insta down while carrying a survivor is way too much though.

Oh yeah? And how do you plan on buffing we’re gonna live forever then hm?

its a viable strategy. survivors need teamwork. just like camping and tunneling are strategies.... if they're blocking the hook at least they're not on gens....

I was hoping Agitation would have a buff to instadown but instead the buff it got months ago was just a bigger Terror Radius, whoopee...

@Jack11803 It doesn't really need buffed though. I get 4 stacks just off of saving people most of the time, I don't bother bodyblocking.

Why would insta down be op? Explain please

Funny, but a killer bodyblocking away from the unhook was not considerable a viable strategy

to me, a strategy is whatever works within the natural mechanics of the game. gen tapping, bodyblocking, camping, looping, tunneling, tbagging.... its all designed to achieve a goal. you decide what your strengths and weaknesses are and assemble a build to enhance or compensate accordingly.... i found what works for me. i do okay. even when i fall down, i get positive feedback from survivors often.... yeah. theres alot of salt on both sides of the fence but its not a prevalent as ppl claim. overall, killers and survivors are both pretty decent ppl. we just tend to forget that we're playing against other decent ppl most of the time.... and toxicity breeds toxicity....

Facecamping in the old iteration was a strategy to secure a kill, it could be carried out with all killers while now you cant secure a kill anymore, you can only hooktrade when you play a chainsaw killer.

If bodyblocking away from a hook is a natural mechanic, I dont see why bodyblocking away from an unhook is unnatural

Yes and bodyblocking away from the hook should be not an option too.
It wasnt even allowed on the official tournament

    @Master

my build is specifically designed for overly-altruistic teams. if they want to leave me be and let me hang my ppl up, we'll have no problems.... i might get a kill or two.... but if they start interfering and getting in my way, they'll probably die or one of them might find the hatch....

    CORRECTION:
Body blocking the hook, or the basement, was not allowed, and would result in the forfeiture of the match. All other forms of body blocking were allowed.

They just need to make injuring a survivor actually mean something for once

I mean, not really? In a game where you don't even need perks to survive let alone pip...

Bringing a perk for more points when you don't have to bring anything at all and still do well, there's no point to buffing it. Its purpose is points.

With BBQ, it has an added effect, AND I always get 3/4 stacks. Almost always 4. To get 4 WGLF stacks, you basically have to never do gens, teammates HAVE TO MAKE MISTAKES. And if they’re hooked, that means killer got their bbq much easier seeing how bodyblocking is really risky. It should ha e a tiny added bonus, AND more conditions to get tokens.
