Fix The Matchmaking

Why is this broken again, literally was fine before the update and now im getting players form the extreme ends of the rank spectrum. I shouldn't be facing just rank 1's or 20's every match.

    Same here. On console been getting matchmaking where 3 of 4 survivors are red ranks and I’m a yellow rank killer. Several times yesterday.
