Possible mechanics:
-All totems become good guy dolls that regenerate if destroyed. So he can stand still and you won't know if its a doll or the killer.

-Can perform voodoo on injured survivor. Is interruptible and takes time, but if he pulls it off, he becomes the survivor.

-Should probably have some obsession mechanic

Could add new survivor Andy.

    and how would he put survivors on hooks?

    His voodoo chant could be in place of hooks. while on a downed survivor he chants and progresses the entity sacrifice, but another survivor can come and kick him off (just an idea I know it has holes)
