It would be so cool (and more useful perk, really...) if the perk disables survivor's hud for certain time.
Also... for Spies from the shadows: Just make it infinite range at tier 3, or 100% chance + 46 meters max?

They claimed they don't want to remove survivor's HUD at all. The Third Seal is still being discussed, though, as part of the Hag Cube.
