Exhaustion Addon Rework

Can we see a change to addons that cause exhaustion on hit; in general after the rebalance of making exhaustion only cool down while not running the majority of the "escape" perks have not really been a problem (minus dead hard but frankly that is easy to bait out of just about everyone).

    If it's not an issue why change it? Or is it really an issue?

    My only issue it the lenght of them, but because they aren't on that many killers anyways it doesn't seem to be an issue
