Will Switch base kit perks stop appearing in the Shrine?

I've been holding out for Pharmacy to appear in the Shrine of Secrets for some time now, but with the Freddie/Quentin and Leatherface perks being base kit on Switch, could this mean they will no longer appear in the Shrine?

I think the Shrine on the Switch is independent.
Before Bill was added to console, his Perks still appeared on the PC Shrine, but not in the console Shrine.
