Fully Sleeved Doctor Cosmetic

Basically title, I'd love to have a Doctor cosmetic where he dons a fully sleeved white lab coat.

There would be something very creepy and off-putting about such formal, professional attire on a deranged murdering psychopath, and he already has fully sleeved outfits with his business suit cosmetics, so it clearly wouldn't be out-of-character.

Couldn't possibly take many resources to just add sleeves to the coat.
