New Terrain - Brambles/steam vent

A terrain piece that slows survivor but not the killer, as killer are much tougher and accustom to pain.
an example of its use would be a a room with 2 exits and several obstacles to hide in/behind in the room. one exit is open the other has a steam vent/bramble bush in it. The survivor would want to run in and juke the killer then run back out the same exit dropping the pallet on the way out.
the survivor could opt to drop the pallet on the way in, but with the vent/bramble there looping would be next to impossible and the escape would be hindered meaning the survivor would want to drop the pallet early.
the upside for survivor is that pallets could be placed in major chokes bringing back a lot of options for safe pallets
