Survivor perk idea: holy bindings
When the killer is chasing another survivor. If you get within 6m/7m/8m radius around the killer, you can chain them to the ground for 3s/4s/5s.
Doing so will also bind you in place and reveal your aura to the killer for 5s.
The perk then goes into a 60s/50s/40s cooldown. Additionally the killer is immune to holy bindings for 20s.

Sounds toxic and kinda op. Also since when would a survivor be able to tie a killer down.

That's called an original idea.
Also since both you and the killer get tied up AND it reveal your aura to the killer I don't think it is OP in any ways.
It would be mainly for switching chase target when the killer is a bit tunneling.

This is basically a stronger head on, without any kind of range or positioning limitations. If it can be used multiple times there's no way it's balanced.
