I really like the idea of the perk, but you just loose your tokens to fast. There is a better way that also fits the title of this perk better:

You loose a token only when you down another survivor. Normal hits do not consume a token.

After initiating a chase with a Survivor, every 25/20/15 seconds you spend chasing them and not hitting them, gain a token. Each token increases movement speed by 1%. Maximum 15 tokens. Maximum 3 tokens per chase. Lose 5/4/3 tokens upon hooking a Survivor.
This would allow you to keep the benefits of the speed for you to actually do something with it. Don't make it an obsession perk, as not only one Survivor is your "food", and so you don't have to follow one person around and have no pressure on anyone else.

    That sounds pretty scary.

Thats just Bloodlust. PWYF is really interesting with the obsession aspect. You play with your food by only hitting everyone and can combine it nicely with Nurse Calling, Coulrophobia and Thanatophobia. You just should not lose the token when you DO SOMETHING. :D

I was always hoping for something like this:

Losing a survivor in a chase grants you one token of Play with your Food.
Losing your obsession instantly grants maximum stacks of Play with your Food.

Hooking your obsession, but not killing them outright grants 2% extra movement speed per hook.

Sounds nice, but you don't need the hook bonus.

That is really bad and time consuming. Even getting 3 tokens right now takes an absurd amount of time.

Yea. I feel bad for perks like this. They're good concepts, but the devs take it the wrong way.
