Examine perks in game?
Would be pretty handy if you could examine the perks / addons while in a game and see their description and what they do, like you can with offerings. Maybe not having to pause for it would be ideal though. Sure you learn them as you play, but what got me to make this discussion was playing against Freddy. There was that red jump rope and I had no idea what it meant (I do now). I'm going to slowly learn his and everyone else's addons now regardless.

Reading your own perks/add-ons would be fine, but there’s a need for secrecy when talking about your opponent’s loadout.
For example, if you went to read what the killer’s Haunted Ground hex was (as his only hex perk), you would then avoid cleansing any totems that round.
Likewise, if the killer sees you have Decisive Strike, he’ll just leave you on the ground for a minute before picking you up.
By not knowing these things, both sides have to decide if these risks are worth it or not, since something bad COULD happen.
Im afraid you’ll just have to learn descriptions like you did with the red jump rope. But hey, that one has certainly been learned now, huh?!

What I mostly meant by this, is that you would be able to see the descriptions of everything that is shown on the *bottom right corner. AOE buffs from friends (Prove Thyself, Vigil etc), debuffs from the killer, for example the red rope, and whatever you have equipped. Obviously you would not be able to see the killer's perks or what Hex the killer has, if any, until it's triggered. And even then, status effects are easier to remember.
Maybe just show the info of everything that is a sideways square? Is what I'm trying to say. Maybe this doesn't make sense but oh well, thank you for taking the time to reply though. :D
