Dedicated servers are a joke atleast for a killer dk survivor

i literally cant play stalking ghostface , i 99 % survivor then i meet them later i chase them fast turn on power and stalk and the stalking bar doesnt go up even by milimetr and i get broken out , ghostface is unplayable atleast for me and the dedicated servers are a joke, if this go pernament i literally wasted all money on ghostface and his skins just to be not able to play him
