Life quality improvements

First some obvious perks improvements:
-Blood warden should have time counter when the exit gates are blocked
-I beg you to not show huntress lullaby cursed icon on a skill check (everyone is smart enough to realize that something is wrong with notifications because the perk is useless now.)
-The same for ruin if a survivor is not cursed e.g. ruin is on the first or second level why he needs to know that there is a totem on the map.
-Make your choice should work as devour hope and by that I mean when a killer is further than the specific distance the perk should light up the same as devour hope.
-Surveillance should have a longer duration than 16 seconds, let's be serious who can damage 3 generators in 16 seconds I think that 1-minute timer should be good.
-Thanatophobia's percentage debuffs are too weak should be multiplied by 1.5.
-Beast of prey has too long cooldown should be 60 seconds.
-Fire up should start at one token(e.g. 8%) and maybe the fifth token should do something but I don't think that would change much because it's too late to do so. I think that fire up should affect charge time of killer's power. I feel like the percentage which affect killer's power should be divided by 2(e.g. at 4 token killer's power should be charged 7% faster.)
-Thrill shouldn't be hex totem because when you pick it now you have 2 tokens to defend.
And that's all of the killer's perks.
Now some life quality improvements:
-Please make the auras of bear traps and hexes yellow the same as used hooks auras to make them more visible throughout the entire map because I can spend one minute looking for my own hex and it is really serious wastage of my time.
-Wraith should start by default with green uncloak addon to make him more dangerous (it's not a big deal especially when all survivors run sprint burst)
-The doctor should start by default with grey moldy electrode add-on to make his power more usable when in chase.
-Freddy's dream transition time should be 2 seconds faster.
-The pig should not have this stupid noise when charging at survivors obviously.
And please do not holler at me about these killer power charge time changes because these changes have to come with nerfs to relevant killers' add-ons and these changes should make killers less add-on depended.
And I have one more idea: what if we can make special fifth perk slot for killer only to use hexes and you can only use one hex in this case. It is only an idea and I'm not telling this should be necessarily in game.

    I agree with everything here it's been a while since I saw something like this in fact I actually had already thought of some like the surveillance make your choice and totems. 
    I think if these were put in nobody would really have complaints. Except for the 5th perk slot survivor mains would rage because killers should have to go against 16 perks and only have 4

    I agree with all of this as well... the devs should at least PTB the 5th/hex perk slot...I feel that with that there may be less rage over the totem being found in less then 10 seconds (even though the totem placements do need to be fixed -_-)

    since the 5th perk slot would guarantee me to have noed AND maybe a tracking perk (like monitor and abuse - i really like that perk :3 ) i would be able to get some nice perk builds with it...
