If you want a particular perk.... is there a specific way to obtain it?

Can you obtain specific perks or is it just a random take what I give you?

    Any teachable perk you have unlocked has a chance of appearing in any other character's Bloodweb. The perks that are offered in each Bloodweb are random.

    It is exactly as miserable and RNG grindy as it sounds. Good luck targeting the perks you are looking for. It gets easier after level 40, because Bloodwebs start offering 3-4 perk choices instead of 2.

    The way it works is that you level up a specific Killer/Survivor that has the perk(s) you want. Than after you reach the designated level... like level 30, 35, or 40 which would unlock all 3 of their unique perks THAN you can start leveling up other Killers/Survivors to get that new perk that was unlocked for all your Killers/Survivors.

    The same goes for DLC, if you buy a DLC with a Killer and you level them up for their unique perks, you'll need to hit level 40 on that Killer to get all 3 of their unique perks unlocked for all your other Killers to THAN spend more BPs to unlock in their blood-webs.

    I have ACE prestiged all the way... and most of my other survivors are level 2's but when I get the perks from the shrine they don't hit the blood-web too often. Even with him prestige all the way some perks don't come up... ugh :/
