Revert the 'Basic Attack' changes on Demo/Pig
This change is the most baffling and byzantine design change in the history of mankind. Why is Pig/Demo making a long lunge with the same weapon as their 'basic attack' not proc status effects? People who pick up the game or did not see the patch notes just assume it's a bug because it makes no sense. And of course Nurse and Spirit obviously still can proc status effects after using their M2 and getting a special long lunge after it, should that not count as a 'Non-basic attack'?
It's also been a shadow buff to the Demo, while a net nerf to Pig. He can abuse the fact his Shred does not count as an 'Basic Attack' to keep full charges of STBFL the entire game by just shredding the Obsession. Is this intended gameplay? To abuse a bizzare balance change to keep STBFL at full stacks? Demo also has to remember to not use Shred else one of his own Perks, Surge, will not proc thanks to this amazing balance decision.
Meanwhile for Pig she has even less reason to ever use her 'Ambush' as an 'Ambush' ever because if she got a lucky Haunted Grounds or MYC she can't use it else not proc Expose.
I really need an explanation here because the entire thought process on this seems otherworldly.

A basic attack is just that, a basic attack. Every killer can do it from their default stance without the use of an ability. It also isn't a shadow buff or nerf for either killer. Both can use it for their advantage (stbfl keeping tokens for example) and both can suffer from it (sloppy butcher not applying for example).
It's better in the long run for the sake of consistency. There also might come more perks down the line that these killers can benefit from so it isn't all bad.
