This perk should be buff like improve the % or I had that idea that it might restore the exaustion wile running like in the begining of the game but at a little % + the actual perk fonction.

Unless it was only not during a chase. That would be okayish i think

It was never good

Never good i get that it didn't show that big of a change but when you had vigil while just getting chased you could get an exstra deadhard just by looping for a while giving you a longer time too chase
