Item addons on GUI

I would be awesome if the addons on an item would how as small icons beside the item for survivors.
The biggest reason for this is when you loot. The first item you receive never shows you the add-on unless you drop it and pick it back up.

I guess it could be nice for killers to know as well, but not as important.

It's also good to have a reminder for items you bring in if you forget what you brought.

    I use Ace in the hole, and it would like to see what add ons are on my item i just found. Either show the add ons or don't pick up the item straight away after searching.
