Typically every few months or so. They aren't on a consistent schedule. We'll always make sure to announce them ahead of time before they happen, though.

But there are also events that give you more points, like the Halloween one coming up next week.

Just save up some BP so you can dump them into a survivor and killer to get the offerings right away.
