You become obsessed with one Survivor. Every time you chase your Obsession and let them escape, you receive a Token up to a maximum of 3 Tokens. Each Token increases your Movement Speed by 3/4/5 %.
Each offensive action spends one Token.

This morning I start thinking about PWYF a little bit. Actually it's a perk with a great potential. Buffing the movement speed of a killer is quite powerful. Beeing able to cross faster over the map allows you to control it better or makes it harder for survivors to reach safe spots before you catch them.
But the reason why this perk is rarely used is, because at this point it has too many issues with it. First gaining Tokens takes quite too long. From four survivors you need to find your Obsessions, and then you to lose it, to receive one Token.
A Token that buffs your speed a little bit, but is lost as soon if you try to strike or just use your ability. And even if you miss your attack, which is already bad for you, if that happens, you lose your Token. That's why that perk isn't really worth it compared to others. It's just less reliable.
And to make it more reliable I came up with the following potential buff:

You become obsessed with one Survivor. Every time you chase a Survivor and let them escape, you receive a Token up to a maximum of 3 Tokens. If the escaping Survivor is your Obsession you receive an additional Token. Each Token increases your Movement Speed by 3/4/5 %.
Each succesfull offensive action spends one Token.

First of all. Punishing killers for missed hits more, just needs to go, in my opinion. Besides that, I think because you can lose Tokens, if you are not interacting with your Obsession, you should also be able to gain some by interacting with Non-Obsessions. But to make the interaction with the Obsession more rewarding, the killer just receives two Tokens instead of one for losing them.
That means it takes much less time to reach the maximum of Tokens and make the perk more reliable in general. So killers might use the perk more often then.

What do you think? Do you have better ideas/suggestions. Would love to read them.

EDIT: I also considered to change the maximum amount of Token to 3/4/5 and let the speed increasy stay at 3% per Token for all tiers. That would be a lesser Buff, but still a buff.
