Key change
I like that keys are in the game, but it is a bit frustrating to be right on the heels of a survivor only for them to instantly escape with one button. For a simple change, why not make opening the hatch take time, like opening an exit gate? A purple key could open it in 25-30 seconds, and a pink key could do it in less time, maybe 15-20. Also, make opening the hatch make a lot of noise, like the exit gates clunking, only constant. No noise notifications, but the killer would notice if they passed by during that time. You could then include purple and pink key addons to change effects of this (like revealing your aura to your team when opening it, or less noise, cool things like that). Nothing nuts, wouldn't want to make something more busted, but there would be opportunity to do some cool things.

I think the numbers MIGHT BE A TAD too high.

Do you have any idea how much is 10,20,30 segs in a chase or with a killer aiming at you?
Think about who is left behind, trying to open one of the gates (20 segs I guess) with the killer aiming at him.
