Minor Changes Suggestions
The Trapper: +1 Trap, more traps on the map.
The Clown: +1 Bottle, faster refill time of the bottles.
The Leather Face: 3 seconds tantrum.
The Wraith: will have no terror radius for 2 seconds after uncloaking, It will take 2.5 seconds to uncloak.
The Doctor: The Doctor is slowed by 10% while using the Shock Therapy Attack.
The Pig: Reverse Bear Trap timer expire in 100 seconds or 1 minute and 40 seconds by default.

I think Trapper needs 3 traps base. (More traps on the map would be nice)
I 100% agree with the Clown.
About Leather Face, I think his chainsaw charging should be 92% like the Hillbilly. And 130% while in chainsaw attack with faster acceleration. Tantrum is too low imo, make it 4 or 3 seconds. And revving up the chainsaw should work like Hillbilly's chainsaw.
Wraith should have only 1 seconds burst but faster uncloacking something about 2 seconds. And faster movement speed while uncloacking 92% maybe?
