Calm Spirit vs Make Your Choice
I recently had a game where I used calm spirit. At one point in the game I got a unhook and I yelled. I thought calm spirit reduces the urge to scream but apparently not with make your choice. I feel that it would be a little stronger since the killer wouldn't hear which survivor got the unhook. I was wondering if this yelling with calm spirit is a bug or is intended?

It doesn't really matter if you scream or not considering the Killer isn't really going to know who unhooked that Survivor in the first place unless she's Nurse, Spirit, or Billy who can easily get back there and instantly know by judging who's injured and who isn't...
Calm Spirit should work against MYC but I guess it doesn't because of the reason I said above. It's not like Doctors shock therapy, Iron Maiden, or Clowns Toxins which they kind of rely on to tell if you actually were hit by any of those things...
With MYC, you'll still see the unhook notification and audio cue... so screaming during that or not doesn't really matter.

Intended. I assume. Cause either way you unhooking the survivor is going to make a noise anyway.
So.. Screaming at the hook isn't really a big deal -shrugs-
