View Other Survivors' Perk Setups in the Pregame Lobby

This came to mind when I was thinking about a comment I made on another thread, but I think it would be a good idea to implement a feature wherein survivors can view other survivors' perk setups in the pregame lobby (by hovering over their name perhaps). Maybe also the items and offerings they have equipped, so you can avoid offering clashes. It would also be nice to be able to see ranks as well, so you can have some idea of your teammates skill levels and adapt your playstyle accordingly. But my main "wish" is the perks.

It might be argued that this would give the survivors something of an advantage, but I would disagree on the basis that there's nothing stopping survivors from revealing all the above information to each other in the chat. All this feature would do is save time and social awkwardness and allow the survivors to perform better as a team.
