Is disconnecting because the killer got you bannable?
Rank 6 ghostface, trying to get the rank 1 acheivement but i keep black pipping because the survivors always disconnect. I'm not camping or tunneling, or playing prayer beads spirit, I'm just outplaying them so they DC. Can survivors get banned for doing this?

Yes, but you shouldn't report them for it. The way disconnects are handled is that if someone disconnects from a certain proportion of their games, they get banned automatically. So rest assured, they will be punished if they do it frequently, but since it's automatic it's not reportable.

They'll eventually hit the threshhold on the DCing system. Once they do, they'll get banned depending on how severe the DCs were, and if it was their first ban or not.
I wouldn't worry about them, but you should just keep truckin along and getting those matches with Survivors that WILL play with you.

It is a bannable offense after the do it multiple times.
You could also report them for being unsporting. Which would also help the devs to see if they do it frequently.

Disconnecting is bannable. if they do it too much it will auto ban them. However, you can also send in a report in game.
Hopefully in the future disconnects can force a safety pip, so it doesn't hurt those that care about their ranks.

It's a bannable offense. Too many disconnects can cause the killer to lose rank and leave those who are trying to play seriously basically on their own. the post game toxicity is also a bannable offense. despite this, there doesn't seem to be any sort of decline in either of these things.
