Add a Repair Speed Penalty based on Rank + SWF Members (so we can remove Ruin from the Game)
I guess we can all agree that Hex Ruin is annoying for both Sides (feels bad when it gets destroyed the first 10sec of the Game and it rly messes with new survivors trying to get into the Game who already struggle at the Game) also i would prefer to run fun perks instead...
Imo something BHVR could try is a debuff to Repair Speed based on your Current Survivor Rank + another penalty for every additional Member of your SWF Group.
The Goal is to help out new Players finish Games faster (by removing/reworking Ruin) and increase the overall Game Time for Red Rank Games to allow a more diverse Playstyle i mean we can all agree that its super fun to play vs Nurse and Spirit all day right?
Btw try to avoid posting something like "nerf Spirit / Nurse / NOAD" while its a valid argument its stuff for a different Post ;)
For Example:
I take random Numbers just as a example (real Numbers need a lot of Playtesting... duh)
Lets say we add a 1% debuff to repair Speed for each rank you got.
Rank 20 = no debuff + no Ruin Effect in the Game = faster Repairs
Rank 10 = 10% debuff
in addition to the Rank based Penalty i would also add a SWF penalty (to make up for the fact that they share information over Discord and can be way more time efficient cuz they dont need to sneak arround etc and run way better Perks).
More Players in a SWF Group means more Information shared so you want to debuff 4 man groups harder then lets say 2 random dudes playing together.
So i would increase the Rank Penalty by 33% for every additional Player in your SWF Group.
Just some Examples:
Rank 20 in a swf would have zero repair speed Penalty no matter how big the SWF Group (he most likely is new to the Game and wants to play with his Friends no reason to punish him further).
Rank 10 in a 4 man SWF would have a Penalty of 10% (3 x 33% Bonus Penalty) = 20% Repair Speed Debuff.
Again the point is to balance the Game a bit more for its different Kinds of Players if some Killers become to Powerful they could adjust it by nerfing em ofc.

while i understand that gens are melting way too quick, specially in high ranks where survivors can actually loop the killer, your idea is wrong. And here is why - in short, repairing the generator is pretty much the most boring part of the game. You just hold M1, sometimes hit a skill check. And what you want to do is to punish players with extended repairing speed for being good at the game (if achieving high rank means being good).
What will happen? People will just derank. Increased amount of DCers to have shorter gens. Killing themselfs on the hook. It will be real clown fiesta.
I think that the way to balance SFW is to first buff solo survivors (maybe make kindred base kit? maybe add voice chat? maybe give other players global indicator that their teammate is in chase?) and THEN buff killers around SFW. Make solo survivors have as many resources as SFW have so we can buff killers to be able to face sfw.

There should NEVER be a punishment for wanting to play together with friends. Never ever.
There should, however, be visual indicator in the lobby of who's in a SWF and with whom, and then reward the killer (and solos) with bonus points for playing against (or with) the SWF group(s).
