[Console] The Killer can Move Before Survivors During Spawn

I started a match with Object of Obsession equipped. The camera spun around and came to a stop looking directly at the killer. I could see Billy rev'ing up his chainsaw before I could even start moving, myself.

Is this intended?

    But then again he is the host. You want them to have a delay based on your ping so you both get to move at the same time?

    This could be abused. Albeit not much but abuse it is. Surv with obsession lag switches and freezes killer till surv releases lag switch. At the same time all other survs get a massive jump start on gens.

    Just more crap to code.

    That does happen on pc as well but it's really rare and not surprisingly it's always a Billy when it happen.

    It was an insta-saw Billy. He was already chasing me 5 seconds into the match.

    Its a survivor main who doesnt understand what balance means, show some understanding :wink:
