Please increase Wraith's uncloaking speed boost to 1.5 seconds, like old Windstorm - Blood

I think it'd be a nice way to give Wraith a much-needed buff, and give him a mindgame similar to Pig's dash around loops: cloak, uncloak and lunge which way you think they're gonna go.

He could also use a base yellow Windstorm and Swift Hunt, maybe Shadow Dance as well ^-^
