The Pig's Rules Set Number 2.

I think everyone can agree that some version of this should simply be apart of her basic kit. The 'power' you gain from it is laughable, expeically for an ultra-rare. Instead why can't it be, that Survivors are unable to interact with Jigsaw boxes, until their 'game' has started?

Thoughts, fellow fog travelers?

No, but can you explain further how the scenario would work out?

You can't interact with a Jigsaw box until your traps timer has started.

That would be cool but I don’t see how that can be balanced though. This should be PTB tested. :)

My idea is that the timer starts right away for her kit... at the moment survivors are not pressured by her power.. survivors still finish gens with the trap on and then take it off anyways so how should rule set 2 be in her kit?... rule set 2 should force the survivors to search all boxes in order to get the trap off their head.. they should start off by seeing 1 box and complete that box in order to reveal and to interact with the 2nd box... having the timer start right away and having a penalty go towards the timer (maybe like 10 seconds for each gen that's completed) would stall the game as her power is supposed to.. because then it would force the person wearing the trap to search for the key and it would force survivors to not do gens... or complete them anyways

Rule set #2 should be baseline. It’s new effect for the addon is that the traps will never kill a survivor. However, they cannot be removed by any means until the timer ends and it just falls off. Essentially making the survivor think they are just getting unlucky with the boxes while in reality they are completely safe but wasting a ton of time with all the boxes and panicking thinking they are about to die. Gives up their kill potential to waste a lot more time.

That would be giving up A LOT of power though, especially once Survivors find out that you have the add-on equipped. And at that point it definitely no longer deserves ultra-rare status.

It's a great idea but it's completely ruined by survive with friends or simple common sense.

Unless piggy is planning not to use a trap the entire game until the very end either somebody is going to search all the boxes realise what add-on you have and tell their friends not to worry about the trap or the survivors are going to notice that somebody's trap has fully ticked down and they're not dead yet so they're not going to worry about the traps
