2-3 GENS POPPING IN 1 MINUTE IN RED RANKS.. SO WHEN WILL YOU NERF DS,DH and Adrenaline Devs?
So I'm trying to adapt without Ruin.. I still get either 2 Kills on Big Maps and 4 Kills Constantly on Smaller Maps such as Game, Lerey and Hawkins (unless of course survivors bring their OP keys on these maps).. So when will you devs nerf DS, Andrenaline and DH? I don't have any problem with Borrowed since I don't like tunneling and tunneling is not a good strategy on the Red Ranks because of the DS possibility which wastes more time.. But now ruin is gone, You get 2-3 Gens popping in 1 minute.. Now here's the problem, In Big Maps like all Cornfield Maps, its difficult to have gen pressures especially on killers who doesn't have any gen pressures like majority of the Killer.. So since Ruin has been nerfed, when will you Devs Nerf DS, DH and Andreline.. Oh not to mention the Keys too.. And yeah I play both survivor and killer but the only perk i use as a survivor is Borrowed to give the killer a fair game.. Playing Killer now is just frustrating as ever.. So when will you fix this issue? Or will you even read and reply on this topic?

It is totally possible and it's becoming more common after this ruin nerf. I JUST played a match against a Legion who got his first down and hook...guess what? 3 gens popped right away and there were 2 gens left. Mind you, the first chase for him did not last very long. It's ridiculous IMO.

It is completely possible with socket swivel commodious toolboxes, prove thyself, and survivors spawning right on top of your generators because you are not running the now necessary corrupt intervention.

It is possible.. you do know completing a gen takes 80 seconds, which is 1 minute and 20 seconds.. On big maps, they pop up really fast.. have you tried playing m1 killers on cornfield maps? especially rotten fields. You'll be surprised how fast the gen pops up while you're still looking for your 1st Survivor.. And yeah I don't use Noed either because I'm a killer who don't want any of my game to enter end game.. But these gens Popping left and right in 1 minute should be address, unless of course the Devs even care about the problem of killers especially M1 killers..

What do those perks have to do with generators? With the exception of adrenaline but that doesn't help accelerate generator progress. Don't you mean prove thyself?

I'm pointing out, Since the Devs nerf Ruin since 80% of the Killers use it on the Red Ranks, why won't they nerf DS, DH or Adrenaline then which is used by 95% of the Survivors in Red Ranks? In fact in all games I played on the Red Ranks, there will always be 2-3 survivors who got DS(4 is the worst).. While 3-4 got DH, And 2-3 for Adrenaline.. And yeah I don't use Noed because As I said I am not a Killer type who wants my match to reach end game.. So when will they nerf them too? To give equality for Killers.. Since Gens are popping left and right now in 1 minute.

A lot killers have started to bring ebony moris and survivors are still finishing gens. Played two today. They were camping, tunneling, and playing really dirty probably because they are pissed about the ruin nerf. And they still lose! it just got a lot harder to get 4k against optimal survivors due to the lack of gen pressure at the beginning of games.

Its easy to get 4Ks especially on indoor maps like lerey, game and hawkins.. In fact it is the only maps where M1 Killers even have a chance since ruin nerf.. Now we still have problems with big maps like all those cornfield maps and that annoying god loop building found in Wretched Shop.. Can the devs even make the maps smaller now to give M1 Killers any chance to win? Since I'm a player who plays all types of Killers and does not focus only on Gen Pressure Killers such as Freddy, Billy, Nurse or Spirit.

It's easily possible. Engineers toolboxes get you nearly there by themselves. A yellow with socket swivel will do it.

It is possible with toolboxes.. And recently there's a spike of survivors on the red ranks who bring toolboxes.. That's the reason why Gens are popping left and right in the red ranks in the 1st minute, while you're looking for your 1st survivor to hit. Its frustrating.. I haven't played Survivor since the nerf ruin, but by just observing the gens popping left and right as a killer, It would never give me a challenge as a survivor unlike old ruin where I need to look for the hex totem before I start the Gens..

Because it’s very hard to judge based on what you are describing. I understand fully well that gens can get done rather fast sometimes But usually if that happens there is also something you ( the killer) are not doing.
Ive been playing in red rank matches and it has not taken a minute to fix 3 gens. It may be possible under certain circumstances but i can tell you that is not the norm.

I downed someone as nurse in the first 30 seconds, and 2 popped by the time I got them on the hook, that was less than a minute.
Toolboxes are OP dude.

Prove Thyself only affects other Survivors, not yourself. You would get one gen done in ~30 seconds and be chased by the Killer, splitting you up. Also, that is a perfect scenario that happens rarely.

Even with the best toolboxes, and two people with Prove Thyself, it will take you more than a minute to get three gens done. I think with maxed Commodious with two people using Prove Thyself, it takes about 30 seconds for a gen to pop. 30+30=60. Therefore, you cannot do 3 gens in under a minute, barring perfect and extreme circumstances.

As a Doctor, The perfect build where you could get 2 Kills at big maps are Thana, PGTW, Tremors and Butcher.. While on Myers I switch Butcher to Bamboozle because of Myers advantage vault.. And the rest well typical Slugging build which includes Butcher and Thana(Since there's no other way to slow down the Gens except this 2 perk).. I still get 4Ks on small maps while at least 2 Kills on Big Maps especially on Red Ranks.. But if there is one map more annoying that the Cornfield maps, its the God Loop Building Found in Wretched Shop.. In fact I can't even hardly get 1 Kill with that Map with any M1 Killers.. These Maps should be re-designed, and Yeah since Devs like to based nerfing on how perks are used, Probably its time to Nerf DS, DH and Andrenaline? Especially DS which has a 60 seconds user time? Since As I said Gens are popping left and right in Red Ranks.. It doesn't give any Chances to M1 Killers..
Oh I did forgot to mention that There's a spike of Survivors who bring toolboxes now.. Which make these 2-3 Gen popping in 1 minute especially in Big Maps Possible..

I'm sorry for this, but if you lose two gens in the first minute, you have bad map awareness. You should know the general area where the Survivor's spawn. You can find at least one of them.

Shouldn't you ask, "When are killers getting a rework to maps, and when are the factors to gen speeds being changed?"
Feel like this is an odd jab at DS, Dead Hard, and Adrenaline. 2 which are very hit or miss perks. I can't see these perks being nerfed other than a tweak to DS.
Simply put, You play survivor and Run DS... but you never get to use it because the killer is assuming you have it so he leaves you on the ground... then when you take off the perk, you get tunneled.
Adrenaline... you either live to see it being used of you die to see it not be used.
See why they're such hit or miss perks?
Dead hard is probably the second best exhaustion perk survivors run behind sprint burst... but after the BL nerf, the rest are just sometimes not even that great.

What are you talking about?
Increases Repair speed for all repairing Survivors by 10 % for each other Survivor within a range of 4 metres.
Gain several percent more Bloodpoints for cooperative Actions.
Notice the "all" there. If the killer spawns across the map, it might take that 30 seconds to even walk across the map to that gen. You either need corrupt, or discordance to have any chance of stopping that. Whispers won't help you identify survivors stacking on the gens.

I don't play legion unless of course its for daily purposes.. What do you mean bad map awareness? Do you even think M1 Killers can find their First Survivor on big ass map like all Cornfield Maps in 1 minute? I've been playing on the red ranks since 2016.. So i know where they spawn and how to mind game them.. The problem here is, Gens are popping left and right in a minute and M1 Killers who doesn't have gen pressures don't have any chance on big maps.. That's what I'm pointing at..

Purple toolbox + socket swivels + clean rag=50% faster gen time, so every Gen you'd o with it takes only 40 seconds.
So if 3 people have these it definitely can happen.

Well have you seen how the devs fixed balance? Since they don't want to address the real problem why Ruin is used on the Red Ranks, Then why should I point out the real reason why Gens are popping up left and right on the Red Ranks? Instead I rather want them to nerf meta perks used by 95% of the Survivors on Red Ranks.. Because by the end of the day, Even if you address the real problem which is the Gen Speed, The Devs have no idea what that is...

Its possible with a 3-4 Man Toolbox team.. In fact there's a recent spike of survivors who bring toolboxes now since nerf ruin.. It seems they are taking advantage on the situation.. While i play Both Survivors and Killers on Red Ranks, It seems I will not enjoy playing Survivor now because there's no challenge especially against M1 Killers..

Literally spawning 2 survivors next to a gen at the start of the match only to have that gen finished before the killer can even get there.

Simple engineer's toolbox is 25% faster:
80/1.25= 64 seconds.
engineers+ socket swivles is 40% faster
80/1.40 =57.14.
Even without prove thy self speed buff engineers + socket makes it less then 1 min.

You forgot to include Great Skill Check to add to the fast gen fix.. Seriously, What are devs even thinking, nerfing ruin while failing to address why Red Rank Killers used them.. Now M1 Killers will only get their 2K-4K on indoor maps like Lerey, Game or Hawkins.. Because on Big ass map like all Cornfields and Yeah that annoying Wretched Shop, M1 Killers don't have any chance on the Red Ranks..

Having played a LOT of survivor (and killer too but this isn't about killers) I'll say that all survivors spawning in separate locations is almost unheard of unless the killer uses an offering to make them spawn in separate locations. What usual happens is...
A) Three survivors spawn together and one is off alone somewhere in the cold lonely fog.
or
B) All four spawn together.
I've been playing this game for years and have experienced my fair share of being gen rushed and gen rushing killers and I have never seen three go off in less than a minute. Not saying it can't happen but its never ever happened to me and I've never seen it happen to a killer I've played against (and I've played tons of SWF four man and two).

Probably.. In my nearly 4 years as Red Rank, I still haven't seen Survivors done all 5 gens in 2:40.. But definitely its very common to see all 5 gens done in 5-6 minutes on the red ranks even before ruin nerf(that is of course when they spawn right next to it and cleanse it immediately).

Depends on if your asking with or without BNP because with pre-nerf BNP its something like 52 seconds for all 5 being done.

I know it could be less but they still would to have had fixed one gen normally + running to other gens even with 4 BNP's.
It could be shorter as something is telling me in my head 43 seconds but I don't fully recall.

Post-BNP, the original way it worked was ridic and survivors often bring it up as an example of "they nerf survivors too". Killers never had anything that immediately killed 3 survivor with one button press

Probably if they have BNP with them.. Especially the Original BNP, Then it is possible to finish the game less than 3 minutes.. But this is just annoying now.. 2-3 Gens done in a Minute and you got a huge spike of survivors using toolboxes now to take advantage of the situation.. I even wonder if the devs would even care to reply on this post.. Since they're busy listening to baby survivors.

Just because 2 or 3 gens are done in less than 3 minutes, it doesn't mean the game is over. You simple need to play a little bit more strategic. Force them to the weak side with many generators, let them use all the ressources and snack them. I rarely used Ruin, so I never really had the problem. DH is easy to outplay and DS is useless if you don't tunnel. I slug them if they play cocky. This way I get most of time another survivor downed.
Just don't get stressed out or frustrated.

I have tried posting a question on the Q & A before, But it seems they only care what baby survivors complain about.. Haven't heard they address Killers.. Even with Balance players like me who play both sides.. All they care is how baby survivors escapes and have fun while giving more frustrations to killers..

As i said, Easy to say than done.. Have you tried playing M1 Killers on Big ass maps since nerf ruin? Yeah as a Red Rank Killer myself, I still get 2 Kills on Big ass Maps, But unlike with Ruin before, I don't have any problem getting 3K-4Ks on big maps.. That's the problem now. Since OG Ruin is gone. M1 Killers doesn't have any chance on Big ass Maps.. Especially on Baby Killers who are facing Red rank survivors because of the stupid matchmaking.. beside that, have you read my post? I'm the type of killer who in anyway wants his game to end before the last generator is even done AKA "End Game", so what are you talking about?

Prove Thy Self removes the negative from both you and the other survivor. Once there's a third or fourth survivor the negatives from the other two exceed Prove Thy Self.
Engineers toolbox adds .25 charges per second. Which makes repair speed 1.25 charges per second. Socket Swivels add another .15 and Clean Rag another .10 for a total of an additional .25 per second. Add them together you get .50 charges per second for a total of 1.50 charges per second. 80 divided by 1.5 is 53.33.
Which can be done even faster with a Brand New Part in place of the Clean Rag.

You will see a spike of survivors bringing toolboxes because of killers bringing moris. Which cut a normal match in half since everyone basically spawns in on death hook.
I find it very surprising that you had trouble with that build. It is a pretty strong build.
As for the map issues, yes there are maps that are big but I think the underlying problem that plagues killers is that some of them don’t have utility to go from point A of the map to point B. I think by adding more time to gens it just puts a band aid fix to that issue while overtunes killers that don’t even need slow down perks.
Bottom line is they need to add other abilities that compliment the individual killer’s main power to make up the difference of not being able to zoom from one point to the other. An example of this is Freddy.
It’s a very difficult part of the game to balance because there are killers who are low tier that are performing ok, and it just goes to show that it is possible.
I do agree with the structure windows needing to be reworked, I actually posted a thread in the feedback section about it.
As for the perks you mentioned needing to be nerfed, I think that would be overkill. I think DS is in a good place and DH while effective during chases doesn’t work half the time. It’s just my opinion though.
