Which are the timeouts for DCs?
I never DC, but im curious.
Wich are the timeouts for each number of DCs?
Is this 1 minute per DC? How is it being done? Any official statement?

They won't release the timeouts for how many DCs you have so people can't abuse it, that's why it's not public knowledge.
All I know is that the first DC is 5 minutes I believe, after that I'm not sure. They did release some information like the first 2 DC's, but after that it's strictly unknown to prevent players from abusing the system.

1st DC = 1 minute
2nd = 5 minutes
3rd = 15 minutes
4th = 30 minutes
5th = 1 hour
6th = 6 hours
7th = 24 hours
It takes 12 hours with no DC`s to lower your penalty level one level

I couldn't tell you on what the times are because I don't know, I just know of the first DC being 5 minutes and that's it, it's best to NOT know tbh.
If you can, try fixing what's causing any mid-match crashing or freezing (if you know how to). It's best to avoid any mid-match DCing or unintentional crashing as much as possible, obviously this can't be stopped if it's an unintentional DC, but I believe they made it this way to prevent players from just pulling their plug as another form of mid-match DCing... or something like that i'm not sure.

Oh, i never DC. I said that others players arent DCing since yesterday and this is making me happier as surv and killer. :D
Sorry if I wrote in a confusing way.
Yeah, i think that theyve done well adding accidental DC to DC punishment, so there is no room for exploit.

Right, well at least you're enjoying what the new system brings to the table on the DCing issue.

And you got these statistics where? Since they're not posted anywhere officially and I doubt someone experimented to find it out for themselves.

Several people did exactly that and posted them on the forums.

The disconnect is ridiculous. Yesterday I was somehow linked to the killer so every single time a killer disconnected it showed I also disconnected. 1 time I was literally opening a door another unhooking a survivor. I send a message to dbd about it and their response is a completely generic message about how the DC works. I agree with people being penalized for rage quitting and trolling but seriously this game has gotten worse and worse each patch update. I worked my butt off to get to a level 8 and got reset to a 14. REALLY?!? SO now I'm playing with people who are 17 18 19 who don't even try to play as a team who leave your a** on the hook, hide near the exit door, hide next to the hatch. This whole game is getting unenjoyable.

Understandable, I can see why the new DC penalty system would cause harm in areas like that, but the system is very much needed for the huge DC issue that has been plaguing DBD for years.
The DC Penalty System is still experimental and subject to change, hopefully we'll see some fine tuning to it to counter-act this issue for players like you.

I absolutely agree that it is needed because there are a whole ton of rage DCs as well as ppl DC because they don't want to lose. It just makes it frustrating for the people who aren't DC but still have issues and get a penelty

That too, the DCing issue has become a lot more prominent since the game got bigger, the DC Penalty System is definitely needed for this new generation of DBD players.
And for the other reasons you also stated as well for why it exists, DCing because you want to isn't exactly fair for the Killer, your teammates, and in-general.
