Simple Camaraderie Change

Make it so camaraderie affects not only you on the hook, but while you are within range of another hooked survivor they get the affect as well.

sort of like how kindred was buffed

  It would make that perk at least usable, but I think most people wouldn't use it anyways.

  it would be at least usable for gimmicky builds, or at least also good against face campers as well.

  currently its pretty terrible, and with this small change it will at least be average.
