South African/African servers
My question is also a request.
Are there south African dedicated servers?
If not will you please consider adding one? The game will be quite unplayable with the 190-220ms that I normally get to certain data centers in the EU from south Africa. I just recently bought the game and would like to have fun and would rather like the ability to queue with others locally here so I can have good ping.

That's okay, no worries.
To answer your question, we'll have a final list of data centers when dedicated servers are a little closer. As time goes on, we'll be monitoring their performance and possibly adding/removing/moving them around as need be. If there ends up being a high demand in your area and no support, we'll see what we can do.

As you guys most likely know, AWS servers have just launched here and i know of a bunch of south africans like myself who are hoping for servers soon

Fellow south african here also just experiencing all the new 200ms life and its become really hard to reach that rank 1 because no matter what I do its 2 meter long air shots that end up downing me
Also am familiar with AWS in SA,
With dedicated servers now a thing is there a process we should go through (petitions ?) cause there is quite a number of players here loads made back with peer 2 peer.

Another South African who is really passionate about the game. It's really difficult to play most times with the bad ping that we get, which results in making ranking up much harder.
Having a dedicated server would be awesome as it would result in even more players joining the dbd community and would love to queue with fellow South Africans. Maybe doing a petittion like SenpaiKen mentioned could be quite helpful in seeing the demand for it too.
